Group psychotherapy is an extremely valuable, rewarding, and powerful therapy modality. Depending on the individual, it can be an alternative or complement to individual therapy.
I am starting a weekly group in Arlington on Thursday evenings from 6:00pm – 7:15pm, starting December 7th, 2023. The weekly fee is $80. There are also two individual sessions in order to prepare for the group.
It is an adult interpersonal group. This means that we will work with the understanding that our lives are experienced in large part within our relationships to others. The group is a place to develop deeper understanding of how this plays out for each of us.
