About

I consult with school districts to support inclusion for students with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Part of this work is helping districts design organizational structures that meet mental health needs.

I am the co-author of The Therapeutic Inclusion Program – the only book describing the structure and philosophy of an effective inclusion program for students with significant social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

I developed Student-centered Group Counseling as an effective approach to group counseling in schools. If you or your school is finding that your group counseling is not as effective as you expected, you may want to talk to me.

My background is in therapeutic education, which has provided me with opportunities to work with a diverse range of children, parents, families, counselors, educators, and administrators.

I am a Certified Group Psychotherapist (CGP). I offer therapeutic services privately from my office in Porter Square, Cambridge.

You may use the form on my contact page to connect, and I will respond. Thank you.
